The Team + The Role Pendo’s product marketing team sits at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer growth. As software development moves faster, the team is expanding how Pendo communicates the value of its platform to modern engineering, product, and technical builder audiences. This work matters because it shapes how new products enter the market, how customers understand the platform, and how commercial teams create traction. As Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy across high-impact product launches, cross-portfolio expansion, and new initiatives. You will drive narrative, positioning, launch strategy, sales readiness, and commercial traction while building credibility with technical audiences. This is a hands-on GTM leadership role for someone who moves quickly, creates alignment, and turns emerging product opportunities into clear market motions. This is a remote role based in the United States. We have offices in San Francisco, CA, Raleigh, NC, or New York, NY. What this looks like day-to-day Narrative and positioning: Own messaging frameworks, positioning, and category narratives across primary product initiatives. Write clear positioning documentation and talk tracks that keep product, sales, marketing, and leadership aligned as the market evolves. End-to-end GTM ownership: Build and run the full go-to-market plan across audience targeting, channel strategy, campaign strategy, sales readiness, launch moments, product adoption, and success metrics. Own GTM outcomes and business impact directly rather than handing strategy off to parallel teams. Top-of-funnel and conversion: Partner with revenue marketing to define the acquisition channel mix, run campaigns, and drive early-access signups. Connect demand activity to free-to-paid conversion and early commercial signals. Community building: Establish a credible, authentic presence where technical users spend time. Earn trust with builder audiences
MeltPlan is building the “planning engine” for the $14 Tn construction industry, an AI system designed specifically to optimize decisions before construction begins. While design software optimizes use and aesthetics and construction software optimizes execution and control, MeltPlan is building the missing layer - software that optimizes decisions and tradeoffs upstream, before scope is locked, procurement begins, and change orders become inevitable. MeltPlan’s long-term goal is to help teams make construction “boring” by making planning more intense: surfacing constraints and tradeoffs early, aligning stakeholders before plans are frozen, and reducing the need for late-stage redlines, rework, and change orders. MeltPlan is founded by operators who have built at scale. Kanav previously co-founded Innovaccer, a $3Bn healthtech company focused on making US healthcare more affordable and accessible. He’s now applying that systems-level thinking to construction. He’s joined by Tanmaya Kala, former Project Executive at DPR Construction, who led large commercial, healthcare, and life sciences projects. We combine deep tech scale with real construction execution. What This Role Really is : We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong AI QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, validating model outputs, and building evaluation frameworks to enhance the accuracy, safety, and overall performance of AI-driven applications. We would particularly value candidates who have hands-on experience in developing evaluation frameworks (evals) for AI systems, along with strong expertise in comprehensive system testing and quality assurance practices. You are responsible for making MeltPlan work in the real world. As a Staff Solutions Architect, you lead technical execution on the most complex and highest-value enterprise opportunities in your vertical, and you set the technical standard the rest of the team works to. You own an assigned set of strategic accounts and remain the senior technical relationship owner across them. You work alongside the Account Executive (commercial owner), the Project Manager (delivery owner), and the Tech Lead (engineering lead for implementation). This is an individual contributor role with mentorship responsibility, not a people-management role. What you will own Most complex opportunities. Establish approaches other Solutions Architects reuse rather than rebuild. Executive technical relationships. Own long-term technical relationships with C-level and senior technical stakeholders across multiple accounts, including CTOs, Heads of AI, and engineering leadership. Convert those relations
