SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars. SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a skilled AI Design Specialist to enhance SpaceXSI's models by providing high-quality data annotations and inputs tailored to design contexts. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in fields such as graphic design, brand and visual design, product or UI/UX design, web design, game design, and illustration to support the training of Grok. You will evaluate, refine, and create design work so Grok can distinguish weak design from work that is clear, functional, and well-resolved. This work is grounded in design judgment, not software engineering or mastery of every medium. RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate design outputs across formats, including visual assets, layouts, documents, websites, interactive prototypes, and/or games. Distinguish weak design from work that is actually clear, functional, and well-resolved; identifying and clearly articulating issues that look attractive but fail in use. Refine, restyle, or recreate outputs when they fall short, producing exceptionally strong examples. Write precise, well-reasoned annotations and critiques advising upon the difference between mediocre, good, and excellent design. Help label high-quality data

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We believe powerful AI can compress a century of scientific progress into a decade. Claude Science is a big part of building toward that future. Claude Science is an AI workbench that gives researchers a single environment for work that today spans dozens of disconnected tools — literature, specialized databases, scientific computing, analysis, and publication-ready outputs. Claude Science already renders protein structures, genome tracks, and chemical structures natively, and coordinates multi-agent workflows with built-in review for citation and calculation errors — and we're just getting started. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now, in a category no one has defined yet. We're growing the Claude Science product team. As a Product Manager on Claude Science, you will own a major area of the roadmap end to end — think expanding into new scientific fields, landing new model capabilities with researchers, or making the workbench ready for enterprise R&D teams — and help shape the overall product direction alongside the rest of the team. You'll spend real time with researchers in academic labs, biotech and pharma R&D, and research institutes to understand how science actually gets done — from hypothesis to analysis to publication and beyond— and turn what you learn into shipped product. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You will own the data Vanta's EPD organization actually runs on — bringing new signal sources online, standardizing them at the point of ingestion, and building the systems that make the underlying data trustworthy rather than merely stored. The EPD Systems team is building the infrastructure Vanta's engineering, product, and design organization depends on to understand itself. Not by asking teams to be more diligent but by going to the source, processing it, standardizing it, and pushing value back out so each source of truth earns its own adoption. What you’ll do as a Operations Manager, Signal Systems at Vanta: Bring new signal sources online end to end — from discovery and scoping through ingestion, standardization, and live operation Identify the specific failure modes in each information source and build systems that mitigate them at the point of ingestion Go to the teams that produce and consume a signal, understand what the information actually means and what they need back from it, and build accordingly Replace human-diligence dependencies with engineering solutions: derive fields, pull from source systems, validate at write time Build alongside teammates who are growing into building — raise their technical ceiling, not just your own output Partner with the inference and systems layers to ensure what you produce is queryable, trustworthy, and ready to build on How to be successful in this role: You look at a data source and see its failure modes before its contents: where it lies, where it goes stale, where it's duplicated, where the schema won't hold at 10x Your first move on an adherence problem is an engineering an
