You will take an end-to-end business perspective across VIP clients, trading products, market dynamics, and RM operating models. Your responsibility is to identify the most important growth and efficiency opportunities, then design scalable, measurable, and repeatable strategies to address them. Beyond developing recommendations, you will translate strategy into client segmentation, product and benefit propositions, operating journeys, decision frameworks, and actionable RM playbooks. You will also personally lead high-impact initiatives from problem definition through execution and performance evaluation. This is not a traditional campaign operations or front-line execution role. We are looking for someone with strong business judgment and strategic thinking who is equally comfortable going deep into operational details and driving tangible results. What You’ll Be Doing 制定VIP业务运营策略 Define the VIP Business Operations Strategy 基于业务目标、市场环境、客户需求及交易行为,识别VIP业务的核心问题与增长机会,制定阶段性运营策略、业务优先级及落地路径。 Identify critical business challenges and growth opportunities based on business objectives, market conditions, client needs, and trading behavior. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. THE ROLE Everpure is building a global practice for Managed Service Providers from zero: The program, the proposition, and the wins that prove it out. As Senior Solutions Architect, MSP, you're the technical front line: helping define how Everpure goes to market with MSPs, then taking that straight to the field to win deals. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with MSP architects and their end customers, fluent in cost-per-tenant economics one minute and whiteboarding architecture the next. Displace competitors in MSP environments and position the full platform — FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx and Everpure Data Intelligence. Build technical credibility with MSP architects, practice leads and CTOs, growing a population of partner-side technical champions. About the Team The Storage organization builds and operates the online stateful systems and abstractions that DoorDash Engineering depends on: reliable, efficient, secure, and easy to use. Within Storage, the Distributed Caching team owns every caching offering at DoorDash end to end, including ElastiCache (Redis/Valkey), Boulder (our KVRocks-based key-value store for high-QPS feature serving), Entity Cache (read Bill Shen’s engineering blog post, “ High-Performance Proxy Cache for DoorDash Services ”), and the Distributed Lock Service, plus the smart clients (asgard-redis, valkey-go) that sit in front of them. These systems back critical product surfaces across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo: the team runs roughly 400 ElastiCache clusters serving hundreds of millions of GET requests per second in aggregate, and Boulder, our offline-to-online feature store, serves billions of feature lookups per second at peak. About the Role The team owns provisioning of clusters and the smart clients that sit in front of them, baking in sensible defaults so that other engineering teams get a turnkey caching solution instead of having to run their own. You'll help drive Boulder's evolution to scale further, improve cost efficiency, enhance performance, and support real-time updates; re-platform the Distributed Lock Service onto a strongly consistent backend; and build the self-serve tooling and recommendation engine that let customers describe a workload (QPS, TTL, payload size, latency profile) and get the right backend without talking to a human. You'll go deep on cache invalidation, replication, sharding, compaction, and failover, while shipping the guardrails, automation, and observability that keep this scale operable by a small team. You must be located in San Francisco, Seattle, or the New York Metro Area for this hybrid position. You will report to the Engineering Manager on the Distributed Caching team within the Storage organization. You’re excited about this opportunity b
