Growth Strategy & Operations Lead, Generative AI As Scale AI continues its historic growth trajectory in Generative AI, we are seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Lead to help ensure our customer projects have the expert capacity they need to deliver on time. Growth at Scale is not traditional user acquisition: our team manages the supply side of Outlier, Scale’s expert contributor marketplace, sourcing, onboarding, activating, retaining, and routing highly skilled contributors such as PhDs, coders, and domain experts to the AI projects that need them most.
