Establish the single source of truth for customer data. Then use it to get every customer to value, fast. On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St The Problem We're Solving EviSmart™ has grown fast — data now lives in more places than it used to: the backend that runs the business, the CRM where sales and customer success work, and the data every lab brings with them when they join the platform. Reporting takes more cross-checking than it should, and the data-mapping step in lab onboarding — simple in concept but exacting in practice. This role exists to close that gap: one person who owns making EviSmart's customer data a single source of truth. Why EviSmart 300 people. Two hubs: Vancouver HQ and Manila operations. 145% year-over-year SaaS growth — the market is responding. 28 countries. One platform. The dental industry's Autopilot. An in-house AI model research and development team building proprietary intelligence. Why This Role, Right Now Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams need to open one system and trust what they see — today they can't. And as the platform scales, onboarding has to become a repeatable machine instead of a per-customer rescue effort. These aren't future problems; they're live ones. The first months of this role are deliberately concrete: specific systems, specific deliverables, measured outcomes. But the mandate behind them is bigger — every system the platform adds and every AI capability the company builds wi

We're looking for a Social Media Lead to own Asana's voice across every channel our audience shows up in. We don't see social as a supporting channel; it's a direct lever for business impact. This is a builder's role — hands-on and video-first. You'll set strategy, write briefs, and partner with our creative team. But you’ll also pick up a camera and design tools yourself, owning content creation, not just the calendar and the caption. You'll know the difference between a platform best practice and a genuine cultural moment, and you'll help define how Asana talks and shows up in storytelling as we evolve our narrative and stake our claim in the future-of-work conversation. You'll be a strategic, thoughtful partner to peers across Marketing, Product, Comms, R&D, and our executive team, bringing your own point of view on what social should do next. That takes judgment: balancing a lot of competing asks while staying anchored to what's actually driving impact. This role reports to the Head of Global Communications. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. On-site | Vancouver Office – 564 Beatty St About the role Our dentist business is being rebuilt, and we need someone who actually knows digital dentistry to stand beside our customers while we do it. Right now, dentists who send us digital cases are largely unsupported. There's no one dedicated to following up after a case comes in, answering design questions before they become problems, or helping a practice get more out of the platform. That work currently sits with one person who is also covering the lab side and simply doesn't have the hours. You would own it. You are the person a dentist talks to about their case — the one who understands what makes a case good, can say so plainly, and can push back when a clinician has it wrong. This is not a design seat. You are not producing the cases yourself. What you'll do Talk to dentists. Proactive follow-up after cases are submitted, consultation when they have questions, troubleshooting when something goes wrong. Review cases. Assess case quality and design architecture, and advise on how to get better outcomes. Grow existing accounts. Work with practices already sending to us on how to send more, and more of the right kind. Feed the product. Bring what you hear from dentists back to marketing, engineering, and product so the platform keeps improving. Spot the advocates. Identify customers who could become key opinion leaders for the business. What success looks like In your first 6–12

Platform administration isn't the part of the product anyone screenshots for a demo. Nobody's writing a blog post about your identity provisioning flow. But it's the thing every other team at Diligent quietly depends on more than any other dev team in the company and when it breaks, everyone notices immediately. If that kind of quiet, high-stakes ownership sounds appealing rather than thankless, keep reading. This role is for someone who wants real skin in the game: you build it, you ship it, you support it. We're a high-initiative team that improves things we see first and asks permission later, building secure, event-driven microservices in TypeScript on AWS, and treating infrastructure as code the same way we treat application code: with rigor, not as an afterthought. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Design and build secure, scalable full-stack services using AWS serverless tech (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway) — with real attention to event-driven patterns and observability, not just "does it work on my machine." Own your services in production. That means building good observability, keeping an eye on alerts, and responding to them before they become bigger problems. Build infrastructure as code with AWS CDK and push for CI/CD that ships safely and often — not "big bang" releases you have to pray over. Design RESTful APIs other teams will actually want to consume: clear contracts, sane versioning, no surprises. Write tests — unit,

Here's a summary of the role: Identity infrastructure is not glamourware . It doesn't get standing ovations at company all-hands. But it is the thing every product in the portfolio depends on, and when it breaks, everyone knows. If you're the kind of PM who finds that genuinely interesting, read on. This role is for someone who has lived inside SAML flows, argued over PKCE token lifetimes, and knows exactly why SSO bypass lists are a necessary compromise. You'll own the authentication platform that thousands of enterprise customers trust, and you'll shape it alongside engineers who go deep. No surface-level roadmap ownership here. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Own the product strategy and roadmap for core authentication flows: SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, MFA enforcement, token lifecycle management, and multi-IdP federation. Make product decisions that sit at the intersection of system design, security architecture, and developer experience, working directly with senior engineers on protocol choices and infrastructure trade-offs. Drive adoption of platform identity capabilities across internal engineering teams through influence, moving products toward modern API patterns and away from legacy integration surfaces. Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to prototype ideas and validat
