ABOUT THE ROLE: SpaceXSI is building and operating one of the world’s most demanding AI training campuses in Memphis, including Colossus and site facilities that support it. The people who work here—and the buildings and grounds they occupy—have to keep up with that tempo. The Sr. Manager of Facilities Maintenance owns building and grounds maintenance across the Memphis campus. This role leads a multi-layered organization of managers, supervisors, and technicians responsible for offices, industrial support buildings, and site infrastructure: work orders and preventive maintenance, building HVAC, plumbing, electrical and transformers, carpentry and building envelope, janitorial, landscaping, waste, and pest control. You will own the campus around it— air handlers that fail, transformers that need attention, grounds that have to stay presentable, leaks, and a work-order system that has to close tickets fast—so the site can operate without d

Incident Commander | SaaS Production Operations Permanent night shift • Individual Contributor • Full onsite – BGC, Taguig This is not an escalation coordinator role. We need someone who can make real-time production recovery decisions when systems fail and customers are already affected. When an incident happens, your job is not: Follow procedure → identify resolver → escalate → wait → send updates. Your job is: Understand what is actually affected → determine the fastest safe recovery path → make the call → direct the teams involved → keep the customer operational → stay on it until production is restored. What this actually looks like EviSmart is a live SaaS platform with multiple applications, services, dependencies and operational workflows. When something breaks, the answer will not always be written in a runbook. You need to be able to determine: What is actually failing? What is the customer impact? Which systems or dependencies are involved? Is the normal recovery path working? How long should recovery reasonably take? Can Production/Application Support restore it? Do we actually need Engineering? Is there a workaround or manual process that keeps the customer operational? At what point do we stop waiting and change the recovery strategy? Different failures have different recovery paths. During the incident, you own the clock and the decision. If the normal recovery route isn't working, we expect you to recognize that quickly and change course rather than continue following a process that is no longer protecting the customer. That can mean restoring the application, rolling something back, implementing a safe workaround, directing Support or Engineering, or switching operations to a manual process while the underlying issue is being resolved. You stay accountable until production is operational again. What we mean by Incident Commander You command both the people and the recovery strategy. Engineering may perform the permanent technical

About Appier Appier is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power business decision-making. Founded in 2012 with a vision of democratizing AI, Appier’s mission is turning AI into ROI by making software intelligent. Appier now has 17 offices across APAC, Europe and U.S., and is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Ticker number: 4180). Visit www.appier.com for more information. About the role We’re looking for a Developer to join our Internal IT team and help us scale the impact we have across the company. Over the past two years, teams across HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Growth, and Admin have built and shipped their own internal tools — most of them initiated by non-engineering colleagues using AI coding tools, with light support from IT. It’s worked well, but our capacity to support this is now the bottleneck. This role exists to fix that. Roughly half your time will go to building and maintaining internal systems yourself, and the other half to being the technical backstop for colleagues building their own tools — stepping in where they get stuck, and turning “it works” into “it’s production-ready.” We expect this role’s output to be produced largely through AI coding agents. We’re not looking for someone who has tried an AI tool — we’re looking for someone whose day-to-day work has already been reshaped by one. Responsibilities Build and maintain internal systems and automation tools used across the company, deployed primarily on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud SQL) Integrate internal and external APIs (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, etc.) and maintain tools already in production Act as the technical point of contact for non-engineering teams building their own tools — helping with deployment, permissions, databases, API integration, performance, and error handling Review colleagues’ code, flag risks, and turn prototypes or one-off scripts into maintainable systems Build a
