We’re looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to help scale Sierra’s internal systems during a critical period of growth. You’ll be the second member of our IT Engineering team, partnering closely with our IT Lead, GRC Lead, and Platform Engineering team to build and operate the systems that support our company day-to-day. What you’ll do As an IT Support Specialist in New York, you'll be the hands-on, on-the-ground owner of day-to-day IT for one of our fastest-growing offices. You'll be the first person teammates turn to when something isn't working, and the person who makes sure hardware, conference rooms, and the office network simply work.
