About the Team The Tax Technology Automations & Innovation team — known internally as the AI Team — builds the automations, Generative AI, and internal tooling that let DoorDash's global Tax function scale as the business grows across the US, Canada, and — through Wolt and Deliveroo — internationally. We turn manual, repetitive tax work into reliable, governed software, and we bring modern AI into the heart of how a tax function operates — responsibly, and with auditability built in. The team is organised into an AI Strategy function and three regional pillars: EMEA, US & Canada, and Coffee & Special Projects. This role sits in the AI Strategy function and reports to the Tax Technology lead. You will set the technical and AI direction the three regional pillars build around, and partner across Tax, Tax Tech, Data Operations, Accounting, Product, and Engineering, as well as InfoSec, Internal Audit, and Compliance. About the Role DoorDash is looking for a senior-level AI and data expert to lead how the Tax department operates through automation, Generative AI, and intelligent data tooling. Beyond building high-impact automation, you will set the strategy for how LLMs, GenAI, and machine learning are integrated into critical tax workflows at scale, and act as the AI authority for the function. This is the role that makes the entire team AI-native rather than merely AI-assisted. By owning the AI and automation governance framework, you will also ensure that everything the team builds on top of sensitive tax data stays controlled, defensible, and audit-ready. You don't just build — you set the bar, mentor the regional teams, and decide how we adopt a fast-moving technology responsibly. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Define and lead the GenAI strategy for the Tax function, identifying high-value use cases and setting adoption standards. Architect and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions — intelligent assistants, AI-driven classificatio

This is a foundational infrastructure role: you'll define and drive the roadmap for how engineers understand the health of their systems (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting, on-call tooling, SLOs) and for the compute and networking substrate their services run on (provisioning, container orchestration, networking, security posture, capacity planning, and cost). You'll work closely with the rest of the Foundation Engineering group to translate reliability risk, infrastructure constraints, and platform strategy into a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap. This role reports to product leadership within Developer Platform and partners day to day with engineering leadership for Observability and Compute/Network. About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and ongoing operations of programs across OpenAI’s global Applied AI Engineering team. You will turn customer, field, and leadership priorities into actionable programs spanning regions and customer segments, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery in collaboration with AIE, Sales, Product, and partner teams. Alongside execution, you will own and improve AIE’s internal operating mechanisms and tooling, and work with leadership to resolve adoption and delivery bottlenecks. What We Do: Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact. Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection. Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other. Reports To: Director of Product Management, Platform Location: Remote US Compensation: $190,000 to $220,000 base plus bonus and equity About The Role: We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to own a new team focused entirely on Security tooling for the Huntress SOC. Our SOC is the cornerstone of the Huntress Security Platform, serving SMB and mid-market clients through MSP/MSSP and Reseller channels. It delivers premium, human+AI services at a scale most companies can't match — Rapid Response, Tactical Response, and Hypercare together accounted for roughly 150 engagements in a single recent month. Much of that delivery still runs on an internal SOC platform that does not match analysts' current needs - this includes spreadsheets, Slack threads, and per-engagement documen
About the Team The Tax Technology team owns the technology behind what happens on our platform. We build and run the systems that calculate indirect tax on every transaction — and we go well beyond that. We build the automations and implementations the direct tax team relies on, we support data operations across the tax function, and we develop the tooling and efficiencies that make the wider Tax Force faster. We are a global team spanning three brands: DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. That reach also makes us one of the most dependency-heavy systems in the company. More than eight separate billing domains feed into our tax services, each with its own architecture, roadmap, and engineering team — and all of them have to work. Getting this right is not optional. Tax has to be correct on every order, the first time. Getting it wrong means incorrect charges to real customers, restatement risk, and audit exposure. We are looking for someone who can hold the whole picture and make it land. About the Role The Senior Manager, Tax Technology Implementations reports to the Director of Tax Technology and owns the technical implementation plan between the various domains and our indirect tax calculation service. This position will be based on the East Coast to accommodate working in Eastern Time hours. You have a deep understanding of the indirect Tax subject matter and also the technical partner to the engineering team. You will translate indirect tax requirements into things engineers can build, and you will own the single consolidated plan that tells Tax and Engineering leadership where the program actually stands. You will influence partner teams with your understanding of the problem and source of truth of a trusted plan. You make it easy for partner teams to do the right thing. This role owns the tax outcome of implementations— the requirements, the design judgment, and the technical calls that determine whether it works. Requirements and design. Au

Perplexity is seeking an Enterprise Product Growth Manager to own the full nurture and engagement engine for our enterprise and business buyers — from the first outbound touch through closed-won and into expansion. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to move accounts through every stage of the funnel, and you will build the AI-native tooling that makes those programs run. We are not looking for someone to operate yesterday's marketing stack. If you are the kind of marketer who writes their own SQL, prototypes their own agents, and treats every flow as something to automate rather than execute by hand — this role was written for you. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and own Perplexity's end-to-end enterprise lifecycle user states — outbound nurture, MQL-to-SQL conversion, opportunity acceleration, post-sale activation, expansion, and renewal — with direct accountability for pipeline created, pipeline progressed, and revenue retained. Build and operate AI-native lifecycle tooling — agents that segment audiences from the warehouse, personalize copy at the account and persona level, choose channel and send time, QA before send, and read out results — replacing manual work in our stack wherever it appears. Design and run multi-channel nurture across email, in-product, notifications, Slack, and emerging surfaces, tailored to enterprise personas with content tied to where each account sits in the funnel. Partner with Demand Generation and Sales on top-of-funnel outbound: turn cold and intent-signaled accounts into engaged conversations, and instrument the handoffs that move them to opportunity. Own post-sale lifecycle: admin onboarding, end-user activation, feature adoption, at-risk intervention, and expansion plays that grow seats and ARR inside existing accounts. Run every program as an experiment. Define the hypothesis, the control, the primary metric, and the readout. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
