About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Anthropic's R&D teams depend on a large and fast-growing ecosystem of outside service providers. The biggest and most complex piece of it is Human Data Operations (HDO): vendors that supply the human-generated data, evaluations, and expert feedback our research depends on. Alongside HDO is a growing set of other R&D services, including labs, outsourced and outsourced service providers, and other specialized service partners that our research and special-initiative teams rely on. We are hiring a Strategic Sourcing Business Partner to own the commercial side of this portfolio. Today these vendors have business owners and Procurement Operations support, this role will drive real ownership of the commercial terms end to end including contracts redlines, deployment of contract templates, and the negotiation.. There is significant untapped value in this portfolio (in pricing, in contract terms, and in vendor performance), and this role exists to go get it. The job has four parts: run the contracts (redlining, templates, and renewals). This person will lead the commercial negotiations, partnering with the business to positively influence decision-making and deal structure, and manage vendor performance once the deal is signed. Success means moving fluidly between the deal and the relationship: negotiating strong terms, then executing against them through QBRs, SLA enforcement, and escalations as our needs change. We use Claude as part of our daily workflow and are looking for someone who wants to help define what an AI-native sourcing function looks like, including how AI changes deal-making and vendor management itsel

Perplexity is scaling at a pace few companies experience, and the Communications and Marketing team is growing with it. We're hiring a Business Operations Manager to build and run the operating system underneath, so an incredibly busy team can move fast and stay in lockstep. That means keeping the wheels turning: the tool stack, agencies and vendors, budgets, contracts, and the dashboards leadership relies on. It also means building what doesn't exist yet, and making sure everyone knows what's happening and nothing gets dropped. Half builder, half connective tissue. If you like turning ideas into things people use every day, this role is for you. What you'll do Own the marketing and comms tool stack: evaluate, procure, onboard, provision access, train the team, and retire what we've outgrown Build and maintain internal tools such as calendars, intake forms, dashboards, trackers, and automations, and keep them reliable as more people depend on them Run the team's operating rhythm: priorities, launch and campaign calendars, planning cycles, and the cross-functional handoffs that carry work from idea to launch without dropped threads Manage agencies, contractors, and vendors from selection and onboarding through scopes, invoices, renewals, and performance Keep contracts and procurement moving with Legal and Finance so agreements never become the bottleneck Be the connective tissue across the team: know who's working on what, spot dependencies early, and keep people aligned without adding meetings Act as a thought partner and triage point to leadership: keep them informed, spot problems early, know when to escalate, propose solutions, and see them through Add rigor without slowing anyone down, knowing the difference between process that helps and process that's overhead What you bring 4-7 years in marketing operations, business operations, or a similar systems-and-process role, ideally in a fast-growing technology company You build things. You've stood up tools, automat

You'll sit at the intersection of sales operations, marketing operations, and revenue intelligence — owning the systems, data, and workflows that turn our GTM strategy into repeatable, measurable execution. This is not a "keep the lights on" role. You'll identify gaps, design solutions, and drive adoption across the team. What You'll Do Revenue Operations & Automation Own and evolve the GTM tech stack — Salesforce, HubSpot, and the surrounding ecosystem — ensuring clean data flow, tight integrations, and minimal manual work Design and implement automation across the funnel: lead routing, handoff workflows, enrichment pipelines, follow-up sequences, and deal stage triggers Build and maintain integrations between revenue tools (CRM, MAP, sequencing platforms, data enrichment, BI) so teams operate from a single source of truth Identify and eliminate process friction that slows deals down — from first touch through closed-won Partner with technical resources to architect scalable RevOps infrastructure; you set the strategy and requirements, others execute the builds Sales Operations & Cycle Optimization Operationalize the sales process — MEDDPICC adoption, stage exit criteria, deal inspection frameworks — so reps are consistent and managers have real visibility Build and maintain pipeline management cadences: weekly reviews, deal health scoring, and escalation triggers that surface risk early Analyze sales cycle data to identify where deals stall, drop, or slow — then build fixes into the process and tooling Partner with Sales leadership on territory management, quota modeling, and capac
