Chime Financial, Inc
📍 Chicago• $152K – $210K/yr

About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to own our macOS platform and drive endpoint management and device trust standards across Chime’s IT ecosystem. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will drive multi-system initiatives across our IT domains – endpoint management, identity, and security tooling – with a primary focus on macOS and Jamf Pro. You’ll establish the technical standards other engineers work to, and partner cross-functionally on programs that affect IT Support, Security, and every Chimer with a laptop. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity: you’ll often define the problem before solving it, and align stakeholders around a technical direction rather than waiting for a specification. We believe a secure access platform can be built entirely in the cloud, leveraging tools such as Jamf, AutoPkg, Okta, osQuery, and CrowdStrike. Pairing closely with our Security team, this role makes sure our fleet stays in sync with all policies and posture checks before devices are allowed access to corporate data. This role participates in an after-hours/on-call rotation for critical endpoint and device-management issues. Rotation frequency, response expectations, and escalation procedures will be communicated during the interview process. This position will report to the IT Engineering Manager. In this role, you can expect to macOS Platform and Endpoint Management Platform Ownership: Own the technical direction, operation, and continuous improvement of our Jamf Pro environment, including configuration profiles, smart groups, policies, MDM commands, and change standards. Software Delivery: Own our AutoPkg-based software pipeline: recipes, overrides, trust verification, and automated import into Jamf, alongside packaging, deployment, patch management, and disk encryption across the global macOS fleet. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. Sigma has surpassed $200M in overall revenue and is scaling rapidly. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to sit at the centre of a ~$40M ARR business within Sigma that is doubling year on year. You will work directly alongside our Area VP of Sales - embedded in the business, not observing it from the outside. This is a role built on trust, proximity, and the ability to shape decisions before they get made. Think less ops coordinator, more trusted advisor with a bias for action and a sharp analytical mind. Someone who has outgrown execution and wants to shape strategy. Someone who gets uncomfortable when they are the last to see a problem coming. Someone who would rather design the system than run the report. What you will own The operating rhythm of a high-growth sales organisation - QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and the cadences that keep a fast-moving team aligned. Annual planning, built from the ground up with sales leadership rather than handed down from on high. You will own the process, the timeline, and the room. Strategic diagnostics - surfacing the leading indicators, structural risks, and pipeline dynamics that tell us where we are headed before the quarter tells us itself. AI-native workflows that eliminate grunt work and free up our talent bench to spend time on decisions, not dashboards. A direct line to senior leadership within the company, with the credibility to challenge as well as advise. You will be expected to have a view, and to defend it. What we are looking for Around a decade of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff function inside a high-growth B2B SaaS business. Deep familiarity with the operational workings of a high-performance GTM engine - pipeline hygiene, territory management, coverage models, operating rhythms, and annual planning. This role is primarily focused on comprehensive investigations arising from escalated transaction-monitoring alerts and internal referrals. You will evaluate the customer relationship and relevant activity holistically, document clear and defensible risk conclusions, and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs when appropriate. You will flex into other Financial Crimes Compliance workflows as business needs evolve, including sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and enhanced due diligence reviews. You will also help strengthen how Financial Crimes Compliance operates. This is an opportunity for someone who combines rigorous risk-based judgment with a builder mi
