We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for NMI's card-not-present (CNP) processing and Value Added Solutions (VAS) portfolio, the tools and services that power secure, high-converting online and card-not-present transactions for merchants, software platforms and partners across the United States. NMI has evolved from a payment gateway into a full-service payment platform. Our CNP processing stack and VAS suite, including Customer Vault, Automatic Card Updater, Invoicing, ACH and fraud prevention tools, give merchants and partners a single, trusted path from sign up to pay out. This role supports that evolution, helping translate processing and VAS capabilities into messaging that speaks to the outcomes online merchants, marketplaces, subscription businesses and software platforms actually care about: conversion, fraud loss reduction, recurring revenue retention and total cost of acceptance. You will lead market positioning, messaging, launches and enablement for NMI's CNP processing and VAS offerings, working closely with product, sales and channel teams to help make sure NMI is the preferred processing and VAS partner for every merchant and partner selling online. This role calls for a solid understanding of how ecommerce merchants, subscription businesses and software platforms evaluate and adopt payment processing and value added services, and the ability to help translate technical capability (tokenization, network tokenization, recurring billing, customer vaulting, PCI scope reduction, fraud and chargeback tools) into outcome-led messaging that supports pipeline and adoption. This role is also NMI's evangelist for CNP processing and VAS. You will present to sales teams and internal stakeholders, and help represent NMI at ecommerce and payments industry events. You will build AI tools into your everyday workflow as a core habit rather than an occasional add-on, and bring enough technica

We are a global team of innovators and pioneers dedicated to shaping the future of observability. At New Relic, we build an intelligent platform that empowers companies to thrive in an AI-first world by giving them unparalleled insight into their complex systems. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're looking for passionate people to join our mission. If you're ready to help the world's best companies optimize their digital applications, we invite you to explore a career with us! Your opportunity New Relic is looking for a technically fluent Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for Logs, one of the most strategic parts of our observability. In this role you will define how the market understands New Relic Logs, from positioning and messaging through launches, enablement, and competitive differentiation and you will be the person marketing, Product, and the field turn to when the conversation turns to log management, log analytics, and telemetry cost. This is a role for a product marketer who is equally comfortable going deep with engineers on ingest pipelines, parsing rules, OpenTelemetry, and query performance as standing in front of a customer or a sales kickoff audience explaining why it matters. Logs are where observability meets cost, scale, and AI, and the buyer is increasingly forced to choose between keeping all their data and keeping their budget. If you want to own that narrative in a fast-moving category and see your messaging show up directly in pipeline and adoption, we want to hear from you. What you'll do Responsible for Logs positioning and messaging: define and maintain the core positioning, messaging, and narrative for New Relic Logs across buyer personas and ensure it is applied consistently across web, campaigns, sales conversations, and analyst interactions. For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. Smartsheet's AI go-to-market runs on a simple conviction: the work is the intelligence. The most credible voice in that conversation isn't a marketer who studied the use cases - it's a practitioner who built them. Someone who has run a real enterprise operation on Smartsheet at scale, pushed the platform past its documented edges, wired it into AI workflows before the playbook existed, and can stand in front of a room of skeptical operators and make them lean in. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, technical storytelling, and field engineering. You'll translate our AI roadmap into narratives the field can sell, prove those narratives with working demonstrations you build yourself, and represent the practitioner's voice in how we position, package, and activate AI across our customer base. This full-time position reports to the VP of AI Market Strategy and can be located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer. You Will: Own the practitioner narrative. Turn Smartsheet's AI capabilities — MCP, agentic workflows, connected context — into positioning and use cases grounded in how work actually gets done. Operator-to-operator storytelling backed by things you've built. Carry the story externally. Customer sessions, analyst conversations, community engagement, executive briefings. You'll be one of the most visible technical voices in Smartsheet's AI story, with the depth to survive the Q&A. Build what you preach. Worki
