Key Responsibilities of a Medical Representative • Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals, and other Healthcare Professionals to achieve sales targets. • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, product trends, and competitive pricing strategies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals through regular follow-ups and professional interactions. • Identify and develop new doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and business territories to expand market coverage. • Maintain excellent relationships with stockists, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure smooth product availability. • Generate product orders and ensure adequate stock availability at retail and distribution points. • Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support business growth and improve customer satisfaction. • Plan and execute daily field visits while maintaining accurate call reports and sales records. • Achieve monthly sales targets by implementing effective territory management and customer engagement strategies.

Deal Negotiation: Own the negotiation process, draft rate agreements, and align stakeholders to secure win-win contracts. Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor movements, consumer pain points, and industrial shifts to recommend new services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Sync with marketing and product development teams to shape promotional campaigns and launch plans. Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do: • Under minimal supervision, research, design, develop, modify, and verify components/modules for medical devices; translate design inputs to engineering specifications and produce sub-system level designs and develop and analyze solutions, prototyping one or more options to provide proof of concept. • Apply fundamental and some advanced concepts, practices and procedures for problem solving • Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer needs and design inputs; proficiency with product’s intended use and clinical procedures and learn how the financial models are constructed • Follow fundamental industry standards, design requirements and test strategies which apply to regulatory requirements • Independently create or refine engineering documentation, such as the Design History file and follow R&D procedure like design controls and risk management, per the Quality Management System • Under minimal supervision, work with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing and Project Management to ensure project success • Quickly process and assimilate procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology required and work on complex problems, applying advanced experience and learnings • Demonstrate ownership and prioritize work with minimal supervision and works as key member of the team, collaborating with others and solidifying relationships Required Qualifications : Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or BioMedical & 2+ years of work experience Experience- 4.5 years- 7 years CAD expertise Conceptual knowledge(basics should be clear); Manufacturing drawing; Mechanical Design; GD&T Preferred Qualifications : Working knowledge and under

NVIDIA has developed a strong functional formal verification methodology that not only enables hardware design and verification engineers to use lightweight FV tools and techniques successfully but also allows FV engineers to use advanced property proving techniques on complex and/or critical RTL logic.
