Ramp
📍 Canada• Full-time• Remote• C$192K – C$264K/yr
2mo ago

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role As the founding Channel Partner Manager for Canada, you will build the partner motion that helps Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Ramp through trusted advisors and ecosystem partners. This is a zero-to-one role. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and engaging Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, and venture capital partners through signing, enablement, activation, and partner-sourced pipeline. Your early results will help determine how Ramp scales its Canadian channel motion. You will work closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and the broader Partnerships organization. The right person is a hands-on builder: equally comfortable opening a new relationship, running a partner meeting, solving an operational blocker, and turning early learnings into a repeatable playbook. What You’ll Do Build Ramp’s Canadian channel strategy and operating rhythm from the ground up. Research, identify, source, qualify and sign net-new Canadian partners. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and product adoption across our AI and agentic context solutions. This is a high-impact role for a technical marketer who thinks and acts like a builder. Most AI systems don't fail because the model is bad—they fail because they lack a crucial, contextual foundation. MongoDB owns a piece of nearly every step in that chain. This role requires deep technical expertise across the context stack—including VoyageAI embedding and reranking models, MCP Server, and the coding agent ecosystem (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Codex, etc.)—combined with product marketing instincts to deeply understand the market and translate technical depth into crisp, differentiated messaging for distinct user and buyer personas. Individuals with prior experience in technical sales, developer relations, or software development are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is a voracious consumer of AI research and pays close attention to shifting patterns in how software and AI applications are built and consumed. This individual is confident in communicating with technical practitioners and non-technical decision makers in one-to-few and one-to-many engagements for internal and external audiences. You will leverage your technical depth to craft clear, compelling, and highly differentiated messaging by working backward from customer requirements. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model. What You’ll Do Drive Strategy & Execution: Act as the strategic owner for MongoDB’s context engineering portfolio—MCP Server, Agent Skills, VoyageAI, and more— aligning roadmap and go-to-market with MongoDB’s long-term business goals, in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Developer Relations, Partn

About the Role We're looking for a Capabilities Researcher to join the team building Claude Security. In this role, you'll identify which security capabilities in frontier models are ready to build on, measure how well they perform, and work out how to make them useful to customers who are not security experts. Frontier models have become substantially more capable at security work over recent generations, and they continue to improve with each release. That progress creates a set of practical questions: which capabilities are reliable enough to depend on, how they perform in realistic conditions, how they behave when an adversary is involved, and where their limits are. You'll be responsible for answering those questions through fast prototyping and rigorous evaluation, and your findings will shape what the team decides to build. You'll also work on making those capabilities usable. Together with engineers on the team, you'll design the scaffolding, tooling, and defaults that let a strong model capability do useful work for a non-expert, and you'll stay involved as it becomes a product.
