About Hark Hark is an artificial intelligence company building advanced, personalized intelligence. One that is proactive, multimodal, and capable of interacting with the world through speech, text, vision, and persistent memory. We're pairing that intelligence with next-generation hardware to create a universal interface between humans and machines. While today's AI largely operates through chat boxes and decade-old devices, Hark is focused on what comes next: agentic systems that interact naturally with people and the real world. To get there, we're developing multimodal models and next-generation AI hardware together, designed from the ground up as a single, unified interface for a new era of intelligent systems. Responsibilities Harden cloud infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts (IAM, EKS, VPC and network access paths, KMS) and review IaC for misconfigurations. Own identity and access: SSO, least-privilege IAM, just-in-time access, secrets management, and access reviews. Build and maintain detection and alerting pipelines; lead triage, containment, and post-incident review. Secure the corporate environment: endpoint management, SaaS security posture, and zero-trust network access. Evaluate third-party vendors and integrations for security and privacy risk. Build the technical controls and evidence behind our compliance programs (SOC 2, GDPR) as automation, not spreadsheets. Requirements 4–8 years of hands-on security engineer

About the Team OpenAI didn’t begin as a traditional company. It began as an idea: that artificial intelligence could be developed in a way that benefits everyone. As a creative team, our role is to help make sure the work behind that idea is understood, as it leaves the lab and meets the world. This company works at the frontier of intelligence. Like any frontier, it’s unfinished, constantly shifting, and still being explored. Our job is to stay close to that uncertainty and help shape how this story gets told, in a way that feels grounded and human. You’ll shape how people discover, understand, adopt, and engage with our products across markets and stages of the customer journey. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a marketer who understands how product marketing, brand strategy, audience research, and international growth work together. You’ll develop segmentation frameworks, lifecycle and go-to-market programs, regional insights, and partnership opportunities; then work across product marketing, growth, creative, partnerships, analytics, and regional teams to bring them to life. Your work will connect launches, product education, customer engagement, and ongoing storytelling into a coherent journey from awareness to advocacy. To us, creativity is a team sport. Ideas get better when you talk them through and build on each other’s thinking. We value curiosity over certa
