Databricks
📍 Mountain View• $192K – $260K/yr
4mo ago

P-1477 Databricks is transforming how it builds and operates People Technology — moving from traditional SaaS configuration toward an AI-native, agentic stack. You'll be the technical anchor of the People Tech pod, driving the architectural shift from workflow automation to autonomous, multi-agent systems that power HR, recruiting, workforce analytics, and employee experience at scale. This is a rare opportunity to reimagine a critical enterprise domain from the ground up using the very data and AI platform Databricks sells to the world. What you'll do Architect and build agentic systems that automate and augment People Tech workflows — onboarding, offboarding, comp analysis, policy Q&A, HR service delivery — using LLM orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent). Define the agentic platform strategy for the pod: agent design patterns, tool-calling conventions, retrieval-augmented pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop guardrails. Integrate People Tech systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ADP etc.) as agent-accessible tools and data sources via Databricks Unity Catalog and MCP-style interfaces. Set the technical bar for the pod — reviewing designs, establishing engineering standards, and leading architectural reviews across the People Tech roadmap. Influence peers and stakeholders: translate agentic capability into business outcomes for People, Legal, and Finance partners, and mentor engineers in the pod on AI-first thinking. What we're looking for 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building production LLM or agentic applications (agents, RAG pipelines, tool-use, multi-agent orchestration). Deep fluency in Python and experience with agentic frameworks — LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar. Strong command of enterprise integration patterns: REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, and connecting SaaS HR/HCM platforms programmatically. Experience with data platforms — Data

Sigma Computing
📍 United States• Full-time• $135K – $180K/yr
4mo ago

Solution Architect Sigma Computing The SA role has evolved. Here’s the version we’re hiring for. The SA job in 2026 is not the SA job in 2023. Three things now sit at the center of how we evaluate this role. This hire has to do all three at a senior level, with the architectural depth to back it up. 1. Use AI every day to do the job better. If you are not using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents to accelerate your account prep, architecture diagramming, prototype builds, RFP responses, and discovery synthesis, you are getting outworked by SAs who are. We expect this hire to treat AI tooling as default infrastructure, not novelty. Come with a point of view on what you run, why, and how you use it to compress weeks of work into days. 2. Sell AI into the account. Buyers want to talk about agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and which model is powering what. You have to be fluent. You know Sigma’s AI surface cold: Sigma Assistant in build, analyze, and plan modes, AI functions, input tables with LLM enrichment, MCP integration, and warehouse-native agent patterns. You can architect Sigma agents and warehouse agents into a customer’s stack and explain the tradeoffs to a head of data and a CISO in the same call. You also speak credibly about Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and the broader stack the customer already runs. 3. Sell against AI. Every enterprise deal has AI competition in it. Sometimes it is Databricks Genie. Sometimes it is Snowflake Cortex Analyst. Sometimes it is a systems integrator pitching a bespoke agent built over the weekend. You know where each of these breaks at scale, where Sigma’s warehouse-native architecture wins on governance, freshness, and cost, and how to draw the line for a skeptical CDO without hand-waving. You can defend that position in an architecture review, on a security questionnaire, and across three follow-up calls. About Sigma Sigma is the AI runtime environment for the modern enterprise. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. Your Impact on our Mission We are looking for a Principal/ Senior Staff Engineer, Experimentation Platform to elevate the systems that power trusted decision-making at Zocdoc. Warp: We're Building the Platform for Agentic Development Warp began with the vision of reimagining one of the fundamental dev tools, the terminal, to make it more usable and powerful for all developers. As AI has advanced, Warp has evolved beyond its terminal roots into a full agentic development environment: a workbench for dispatching agents to code, deploy, and debug production software. Today, we have three products. Warp is the agentic development environment born out of the terminal, built on an orchestration platform for running hundreds of cloud agents in parallel. And Warp Factories is our newest product: infrastructure for engineering teams to build and run their own cloud software factories, where fleets of agents triage, spec, implement, review, and verify code across a company's entire SDLC. Together, these products are creating the scaffolding for developers to build their own workflows for working with agents. In Warp, you can seamlessly switch between running commands, launching agents, and iterating on code with agents, eliminating the need to jump between a terminal and an IDE. It all works with our built in SOTA agent or top agents like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode. On the orchestration side, you can build custom agents that are triggered programmatically, tracked centrally, and shared across full teams to run agents across organizations without compromising security or reliability. Continue a cloud agent run locally in Warp or on the web with one click. And with Warp Factories, teams can go a step further and set up entire automated workflows around their SDLC, retaining full control over their data, models, and compute along the way. With over 1 million active developers at companies including Docker, Ramp, and Peloton, and over half of the Fortune 500, and revenue that grew over 44x last year, Warp is one of the fastest growing startups in the AI development space. Our mission has remained the same even as AI has advanced: to e
