We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. The opportunity Join the Office of the CEO and work directly on Flexport's highest-priority problems alongside the CEO, the President, and the leaders who run our regions and modes of freight. You will pick up a mode or a region, ocean, air, trucking, omnichannel, or customs, and learn it from the inside by solving real problems in it. Pricing in a mode that is losing money. Why a region misses its plan. Whether we buy, build, or partner. Then you go run part of it. Some people in this role move into a business unit as the number two to the leader who runs it. Some stay at the center and take on more scope. The operating job at the end is the point of the role, not a side benefit. You will: Own our biggest open questions end to end and come back with recommendations the CEO can act on. Build the analysis yourself. Pull the data, build the model, find the error before someone else does. Go to where the work happens, from warehouses and ports to a customer's supply chain team. Opinions about freight formed in a conference room are usually wrong. Run the operating cadence for a freight mode or region. Weekly metrics, quarterly plan, and the follow-ups nobody wants to

We partner closely with PMM, Product, Developer Relations, Design, Comms, and agency teams to shape launches and campaigns that are clear, distinctive, and grounded in real audience insight. This is a growing function, so the team needs people who can both raise the quality of the work and build the operating model around it: bringing strong judgment, high agency, and trusted partnership to complex, visible moments. About the Role OpenAI business launches move quickly and often involve new products, model capabilities, or research that can change how businesses operate. We’re looking for an integrated marketing manager to help shape those launches from early strategy through execution. You’ll develop a point of view on the audience, positioning, creative direction, and channels, and help turn complex product and research advances into campaigns that connect with customers. You’ll partner across Product, Product Marketing, Research, Brand, Creative, Communications, Growth, and Sales, along with external agencies. About the Team The People Operations team owns the systems, processes, and programs that make the employee lifecycle run — from day one through every transition in between. We believe that clean data, simple workflows, and well-designed technology are what let the rest of the People & Talent function do its best work. About the Role We're looking for a People Operations Manager who can look at a messy, ambiguous problem and turn it into a clear plan — then execute it. Day-to-day, you'll own our HR technology stack, lead process transformation across the employee lifecycle, and serve as the go-to partner for Payroll, IT, Legal, and the broader People & Talent team when something needs to be built, fixed, or rethought. You'll work directly with vendors, HRBPs, and leadership to make sure our operations are scalable, compliant, and actually simple to use. In the first year, success means moving us from where we are to where we should be: better-configured systems, documented processes, and a team that trusts what's in our tools. Responsibilities Lead HR operations programs end-to-end — define scope, owners, milestones, risks, and success measures, often starting from an undefined brief. Serve as the primary functional owner for core People technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance tools), including configuration, upgrades, and feature evaluation. Lead technology deployments, platform conversions, and module rollouts, coordinating across IT, HRIS, and vendor teams. Research and benchmark HR technology trends to build and maintain a People tech roadmap that supports scale. Apply AI and e
About the Team Frontier Systems Foundations, part of Compute Foundations at OpenAI, builds the systems software foundation that turns new compute infrastructure into reliable, usable capacity for frontier model training. Our mission is to make some of the world's largest GPU clusters work reliably for frontier training. We bring new platforms and clusters online, safely maintain installed fleets, and partner with hardware, infrastructure, and research teams to resolve the system-level issues that keep jobs from running. That means building and maintaining the software closest to the machine: Linux and Ubuntu operating-system images, kernels and modules, drivers, packages and repositories, disks and boot configuration, firmware integration, provisioning, and system-level validation. We make these components reproducible, compatible, and safe to operate across heterogeneous fleets. About the Role We are looking for systems software engineers with deep Linux and host-systems experience to build, qualify, and maintain the operating-system foundation for OpenAI's frontier compute fleet. Relevant backgrounds include kernel and module development, Linux distribution or image engineering, package management, firmware and driver integration, disks and boot, and bare-metal provisioning. You'll work closely with hardware engineers, vendors, and infrastructure teams to bring up new platforms, integrate system components, and debug failures across firmware, disks, boot, operating systems, kernels, drivers, and workload interactions. Your work will directly influence how quickly new capacity becomes usable and how reliably large GPU fleets operate. You should be comfortable writing and maintaining production-quality systems software and automation, but we do not expect expertise across every layer. This is an opportunity to go deep on challenging systems problems while building the image, package, qualification, and recovery paths that power the next generation of frontier models
About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry's blog, newsletter, and content programs need an owner — someone who can walk into ambiguity, decide what needs to exist, and just start making it happen. This is a self-starter role in the truest sense: no one is handing you a content calendar and asking you to fill it in, you're the one building the calendar. You should be quick with a draft and quicker to ship it — bias to action over polished process. You're technically savvy enough to keep up with a developer audience and write about our product credibly (or make an exec sound like they wrote it themselves). And you're proactive: you see the narrative before anyone asks you to go find it. You'll work collaboratively with Growth, Comms, PMM, and DevEx, with real ownership and editorial judgment to know what's worth writing and what isn't. In this role you will Co-lead blog strategy. Partner closely with Growth to run the editorial calendar, and scale the program by focusing on creating thought leadership, customer and employer brand content to create a robust narrative driven editorial program in collaboration with comms, devex and product marketing. Oversee the quality itself. Be the last line of defense on quality and prose — every post should read like it came from the same sharp, confident voice. Track the industry and get us into the conversation. Know what's trending in the developer and infrastructure world before it's obvious, and turn that into content that puts Sentry in the room. Collaborate with Comms and Marketing to push those narratives forward. Content partner for the exec team. Collaborate closely with core execs to support content

The role Getting a model into production still takes real expertise — choosing a serving engine, sizing hardware, tuning it, wiring it into an app. We want a developer to go from "it runs on my laptop" to "it's serving production traffic" in minutes, on their own. You'll own the entire experience a developer touches to deploy and iterate: the CLI and SDKs, the console, onboarding, model discovery, deployment configuration, truss, and the increasingly agent-driven ways developers build. Extend and integrate hardware compiler stacks (frontends, IR passes, lowering, scheduling, codegen to Verilog/SystemVerilog) and connect them to real design workflows. Improve developer experience and reliability: reproducible builds, better error messages, faster iteration loops, and dependable CI and regression infrastructure. Work closely with designers and verification engineers to turn real pain points into durable tools. Dive into RTL when needed: read and reason about Verilog/SystemVerilog to debug issues, validate tool output, and improve debuggability.
