4+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales; commercial real estate or leasing experience preferred. Prior experience in commercial office leasing, retail leasing, or co-working is an advantage. Proven ability to build client relationships, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong commercial acumen, ownership, persistence, and solution-oriented approach. Travel Frequent intracity travel is required for client meetings, property visits, negotiations, and consultations. Travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
