Job Description – Desktop Support Engineer Location: Mumbai – Dombivli, Ghatkopar, Chembur & Churchgate CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: BE / Diploma in IT / IT Graduate Gender: Male Candidates Only Job Responsibilities Provide desktop and laptop support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and commonly used applications. Troubleshoot printer, scanner, and other peripheral-related issues. Perform hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Provide basic LAN and network connectivity support, including IP configuration and troubleshooting.
