Job description
About the Role Most companies run ads. We want someone who builds the machine behind them. As our Growth & GTM Engineer, you will own the path from “who should we target?” to “which campaign brought us this customer?” You will identify our best-fit customers, sharpen how we position each product and service, choose the channels that deliver, and turn ad spend into a predictable flow of qualified leads and revenue. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) will be your main channel, supported by Google, LinkedIn, and newer platforms. You will manage the budget, read the numbers, and keep doubling down on what works. What You Will Own Go-To-Market Strategy Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify the highest-potential segments. Build positioning and messaging for each product and service.
