Xendit is the financial technology platform built for businesses that move fast. We give companies one unified platform for payment acceptance, payouts, treasury and financial services, replacing fragmented local integrations with a single infrastructure layer. We serve businesses of every size, from high-growth startups to global enterprises, processing high-volume transactions across Southeast Asia and beyond, with more markets on our global expansion roadmap. Why this role exists For a payment-infrastructure company, the product is in large part the API. Developers are both the buyers and the daily users, and the quality of the APIs, SDKs, docs, sandbox, and integration path is the product's real surface. This role owns the developer's journey from first API call to production and scale, the difference between a developer who integrates in an afternoon and one who gives up before their first successful transaction. What you'll own The roadmap for the developer experience: integration flow, SDKs, documentation, sandbox, error handling, and time-to-first-successful-call. Developer activation and retention as headline metrics, from sign-up to first production transaction and beyond. Discovery grounded in developer behavior: integration analytics, support and community signals, and direct developer research. Partnership with Engineering on API design and DX standards, and prioritization of DX debt against new capabilities. Clear communication of trade-offs to senior stakeholders, and translation of platform changes into a coherent developer-facing experience. How you will work You report to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle and work most closely with Engineering, whose API and platform decisions shape the experience you own. Part of your early work is helping define where developer-experience ownership sits, since this surface has not had a dedicated product owner before. You are the strategic owner of the developer journey from first API ca

About the Team OpenAI's Industrial Compute organization builds and operates the infrastructure required to train and serve frontier AI models. The Capacity Planning team connects rapidly changing research and product demand with the compute, networking, storage, power, data center, hardware, and operational resources required to make that demand executable. About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to build and lead capacity planning across OpenAI's large-scale AI infrastructure. You will translate uncertain workload demand into clear infrastructure requirements, allocation decisions, supply commitments, activation priorities, and long-range capacity strategies. This role sits at the intersection of research, engineering, infrastructure, finance, sourcing, deployment, and operations. You will create the planning models, operating cadences, governance mechanisms, and source-of-truth systems that allow teams to understand what capacity is required, what is available, what is at risk, and what decisions must be made. This is not a finance-only forecasting or reporting role. Success requires technical fluency across the infrastructure stack, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to move consequential decisions forward when requirements, timelines, and supply conditions change quickly. Key Responsibilities Own capacity-planning processes across near-term workload allocation, quarterly execution, and longer-range infrastructure horizons. Translate research, training, inference, and product demand into compute, accelerator, cluster, networking, storage, rack, power, and site requirements. Develop scenarios that make assumptions, confidence levels, constraints, sensitivities, and decision points explicit. Reconcile requested demand against contracted, delivered, installed, activated, and workload-usable capacity. Partner with research and engineering teams to understand workload priorities, technical dependencies, utilization patterns, and changing req
