We are seeking a Senior Global Demand Generation Manager to build and execute integrated programs that create, accelerate, and convert demand into qualified pipeline. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can translate business priorities, market signals, and account intelligence into coordinated demand generation programs across regions and segments. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Acceleration, you will work across North America, EMEA, and Emerging Markets, with distinct approaches for Mid-Market and Enterprise audiences. The role will have immediate responsibility for several high-priority growth motions, including partner-led demand generation across Hootsuite’s strategic partners and ISV Suite ecosystem. This is not a narrow channel role. We are looking for someone who understands how targeting, messaging, channels, sales activation, partner motions, and measurement come together to create a pipeline. WHA T YOU’LL DO Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs aligned to regional, segment, product, and revenue priorities, building distinct demand motions for Enterprise and Mid-Market audiences and translating business goals and audience insights into coordinated programs across paid media, SEM, email, webinars, content syndication, and partner channels, managing each from strategy through activation, optimization, and performance analysis. Balance new demand creation with pipeline acceleration, account progression, and re-engagement opportunities, identifying gaps in funnel progression and building programs to improve conversion, velocity, and pipeline movement.
