SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars. SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next. About the Role As a Software Engineer on the Agent Quality team at SpaceXAI, you’ll build the measurement, evaluation, and feedback-loop infrastructure that makes the Cursor core agent reliably better over time. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and engineering: you’ll instrument what matters, help define how we judge quality, build pipelines and tooling to analyze agent behavior at scale, and partner closely with research, product, and infrastructure teams to turn insights into improvements. Your impact will compound across every Cursor product built on the shared harness—and across high-stakes decisions around model choice, quality, and cost. What you’ll work on Designing and building best-in-class AI evaluation system: curated datasets, offline replay, scorers / judges, regression alerts, and dashboards. Designing feedback loops from real usage: collecting, cleaning, and interpreting user signals to inform model and harness changes. Developing analysis tooling and workflows for debugging agent behavior: deep dives on failure modes, clustering themes, and surfacing actionable insights. Improving reliability and guardrails by making quality measurable and ope

About the Team The Platform Analytics team builds the systems OpenAI researchers use to understand the quality and behavior of the models we train including what models are doing, why they behave in a particular way, and how that behavior changes across experiments. Neptune is a core part of this work. It ingests, stores, queries, and visualizes large volumes of metrics from pretraining, post-training, and reinforcement learning. Hundreds of researchers depend on these systems in their daily work to compare experiments, debug unexpected behavior, and decide what to try next. Our scope is broader than metrics. We also build platforms that help researchers analyze samples, traces, evaluation results, and other structured or unstructured data through dashboards, APIs, and increasingly agent-driven workflows. These systems need to remain fast, reliable, and understandable as the scale and complexity of research change quickly. We are not trying to become a consulting team that builds a separate solution for every research project. We work directly with researchers to understand recurring problems, then turn them into reusable infrastructure and platform capabilities that many teams can build on. About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on experienced software engineer who can take ownership of a critical system and drive it from problem definition through production adoption. This person should be able to own a platform such as CacheHouse end to end: define its technical direction, design its data model and storage architecture, integrate it with several research dashboards and workflows, guide one or two engineers, and ensure the system works reliably for its users. The right candidate should already bring the technical judgment, ownership, and execution expected at this level. The primary learning curve should be OpenAI’s stack and research problem space, not learning how to lead a complex engineering effort or deliver a production system. You will work directly with

We're building a small, high-leverage Design Lab team to define that evolution, and we're looking for a Senior Staff Visual Designer to author it. Our design system powers everything we ship. Now we're ready to evolve it. As Datadog expands into AI-driven experiences and more complex product surfaces, the visual language needs to grow with it. This is the role that decides what that language is — someone with taste, judgment, and the confidence to set a direction and defend it. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Define and evolve Datadog’s visual language across product surfaces. Lead exploratory and concept work, creating a range of distinct visual directions for the next generation of the product.
