Glide
📍 United States• Full-time• Remote• $120K – $140K/yr

Technical Support Engineer New York City · Hybrid · Engineering · Two openings Welcome to Glide Glide is the operating system that community banks and credit unions run their business on. Account opening, lending, servicing, retention. Most of these institutions are running on cores designed in the 1980s. We are the modern software layer on top, and increasingly the agentic one. Our platform touches people at the moments that matter most to them financially: opening an account, applying for a loan, getting a decision. We serve institutions across the country, with dozens more integrating. Our team brings engineering, product, and growth experience from Stripe, Google, and Amazon. We are backed by Pear and Acrew. The role We are hiring two Technical Support Engineers to join the small team that owns production quality for the entire platform. This is not a ticket-routing job. Our support engineers own bugs end to end: they take an ambiguous report from a financial institution, drive it to a real root cause across the frontend, backend, and a stack of banking integrations, ship the fix themselves, and prove it works. What makes the job unusual is how it gets done. This team runs AI coding agents as a production system, not as autocomplete. A triage agent proposes a root cause. The engineer decides whether it is right, and steers it when it is not. The agent writes the code, a second agent reviews it, and the engineer reviews, tests, and records the evidence before anything ships. The team built the tooling that makes this possible: internal MCP servers, slash commands for each stage of the workflow, an auto-triage loop feeding the bug board. The result is a very small number of people holding quality for a platform serving a lot of institutions. So we are not hiring for typing speed. Agents are fast and often confidently wrong. We are hiring for the judgment they do not have: recognizing when a plausible answer is the wrong one, knowing what not to change, and being a

Karya’s mission is to leverage the AI revolution to create dignified earning and learning opportunities for low-income communities across the world. In India, our smartphone-based digital work platform has enabled over 120,000 people to build language datasets and evaluate AI models while earning fair wages. With pilots in Kenya and Ethiopia and partnerships with leading AI labs, we are advancing language technologies for underrepresented communities. By combining dignified digital work with frontier AI innovation, Karya hopes to build a new AI economy that is equitable, inclusive, and community driven. About the Role Karya's PaaS vertical is the organization's global expansion arm, taking Karya's ethical data collection infrastructure to partners across Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, deployed locally. This is one of Karya's largest bets: we're moving from a set of internally-run deployments toward a self-serve platform that partners can configure and operate themselves. We're looking for someone to be the first line of defence on that front: triaging and resolving partner-facing technical issues, coordinating with engineering when something needs a real fix, and critically - spotting the patterns behind repeat issues and scoping them as automation opportunities the platform team can build against. This role is explicitly built to evolve. As the platform gets more self-serve, the volume of manual triage should shrink and the expectation is that you grow with it, moving from first-line support toward solutions architecture: designing how partners configure and deploy the platform themselves, rather than fixing things alone. Key Responsibilities First-line technical support. Own initial triage for partner-facing technical issues — diagnose what's broken, resolve what you can directly, and route what you can't to engineering with enough context that it doesn't bounce back. Role Overview Sureify is looking for an organized, curious Technical Support Analyst to join our Client Support Services team. This role is for someone who wants to be at the intersection of client support, technical investigation, and operations. In today's evolving tech landscape, the most effective support professionals are multi-disciplinary — capable of bridging client business flows and internal technical execution. Your primary mission is to ensure that issues raised in multi-vendor environments are clearly understood, documented, and routed to the right teams. You are the technical translator who makes sure nothing is lost between what the client describes and what our engineers need to act on to resolve the issue. Key Responsibilities Multi-Vendor Triage & Translation: Participate in triage calls involving clients and 3rd-party vendors. Analyze reported issues and determine if the reported issue falls within Sureify systems or an external partner and direct the resolution path accordingly. Translate client discussions into clear, actionable tickets. Investigation and Analysis: Reproduce reported issues and establish what the data actually shows — querying database tables with SQL, reviewing application logs, and inspecting API responses — so every ticket you raise carries technical context an engineer can act on immediately. Global Coordination: Facilitate hand-offs with our India-based engineering teams, including occasional early-morning syncs to align overnight progress with US client priorities. Customer Operations: Take ownership of customer operations projects — support portals, professional services surveys — gathering requirements, defining scope, and delivering solutions for internal teams to run going forward.
