Your Impact at LILA Revenue accounting is the nervous system of our financial operations. In a company built on complex licensing arrangements, collaboration agreements, and milestone-based partnerships, every contract requires precise operational translation. We're looking for a Manager, Revenue Accounting who can own this critical function—ensuring revenue is recognized accurately, reported transparently, and scaled efficiently as we grow. What You'll be building Revenue Operations & Execution Lead end-to-end revenue accounting operations for licensing, collaboration, and revenue-generating agreements across the organization Translate contract terms into scalable operational workflows: billing triggers, milestone recognition, deliverable tracking, and cash application Ensure revenue is recorded with technical accuracy and consistency against established accounting policies Serve as the
