About the Team The Live Order Experience team makes sure every order that leaves a merchant's kitchen shows up exactly the way the customer ordered it. We partner closely with merchants to get to the root cause of order quality issues and build the tools, policies, and merchant-facing programs that fix them - work that touches millions of orders a week and shapes whether customers trust ordering again. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Associate to help lead analysis and execution on programs that reduce missing and incorrect orders. You'll dig into order-level data to size problems and spot patterns, help design and run tests of new merchant interventions, and turn what you learn into solutions. It's a good time to join: we're scaling several interventions that are already working and piloting new ones, so the work you do in your first few months will directly impact the future of Merchant operations. You will report into the Senior Manager, Order Quality on our Live Order Experience team in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Strategize – Build the strategy for new product features and initiatives, including which merchant segments to target and how to drive engagement Analyze – Build models to evaluate the, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives and define success with KPIs Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to execute tests on everything from adoption to optimization Influence – Work cross-functionally with our product, support, marketing, account management, finance, and analytics teams to land key initiatives Make stuff happen – Handle complexity in a detailed and structured way, with a bias to action We’re excited about you because… You have 2-4 years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking / consulting or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus Yo

B2B go-to-market software has historically been where design ambition goes to die. The tools are powerful but joyless. Dense, generic, admin-heavy, and built for process more than delight. Meanwhile, the best product companies have raised everyone’s expectations for what business software can feel like: fast, opinionated, elegant, and genuinely useful. AI gives us a chance to rebuild the category from first principles. Mutiny is building the agentic GTM platform that helps revenue teams create the work they need to win. Sellers and marketers should not have to wait on five internal teams to move a deal forward. They should have a bench of AI teammates that understands the account, knows what good looks like, and gets sharper every week. We’re looking for a founding staff designer to define what that feels like. This is not a role where you inherit a mature design system, clean product rituals, or a settled category. You’ll help invent the product language for AI-native GTM software: the interaction model, the creative standards, the feedback loops, the system, and the taste bar for what the agent produces. The design problem Our job is to make AI output that a great seller, marketer, or designer would actually be proud to put in front of a million-dollar account. That requires more than a chat box. It requires data, memory, taste, brand intelligence, workflow design, and a UI simple enough for every rep to use daily but powerful enough to support an entire revenue motion. Some of the questions you’ll help answer How should a seller direct an agent without becoming the agent’s project manager? How do we make generated work feel on-brand without making it dull? What does editing look like when the object is not a static page, but an intelligent system that can regenerate, revise, explain, and learn? How do we give users confidence and control without burying them in settings? How do we turn taste into a system the product can improve over time? What you’ll own The cor
The GTM AI Transformation team is hiring a GTM Engineer to build the agents and automations that run inside Toast's sales motion. You'll write production code in Python against Salesforce, Snowflake, and LLM APIs, extend our sales AI platform (Myko) with custom integrations, and turn call transcripts and deal data into actions that reach reps and managers without anyone asking for them. This is a builder role. You'll own systems from prototype through production operation, and the measure of success is whether reps use what you ship and close faster because of it. You'll report to the Senior Manager of GTM AI Transformation and work day to day with sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Toast's Data and Engineering teams. The role is fully remote in the United States. A day in the life (Responsibilities) Agentic workflows that automate high-volume sales work end to end: follow-up drafting, deal stage updates, task creation, and Slack and CRM notifications, with approval gates and handoffs that keep reps in control. Integrations between our prospecting agents and adjacent systems (quoting, pricing, case creation) so a rep can go from signal to action without leaving their workflow. Pipelines that pull conversation intelligence transcripts into Snowflake and the CRM, and services on top of them that produce next best actions, deal risk flags, and coaching recommendations for frontline managers. The production controls around all of it: evals that catch regressions before reps see them, observability tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes, permissions and sensitive-data handling, error recovery and rollback. A third-party signal layer (intent, news, firmographic change) that flows into account prioritization, and the win/loss data capture that tells us what's working. What you'll need to thrive (Requirements) Proficiency in Python (TypeScript also works) and strong SQL. You write production-grade, tested code, and you can read, modify, and debug cod
