About the Team DoorDash Drive powers deliveries placed through merchants' own channels—including their websites, mobile apps, and phone orders—using DoorDash's logistics network. The Drive Machine Learning team builds the prediction and intelligence systems that power this business, including delivery and pickup time estimation, merchant prep-time prediction, order release optimization, logistics decision-making, and AI-powered delivery quality signals. Drive presents a unique machine learning challenge. Every merchant has different operational workflows, preparation patterns, and customer expectations, requiring models that generalize across millions of deliveries while adapting to highly diverse merchant behavior. Our team has significant opportunities to improve prediction accuracy, optimize logistics decisions, and build AI-native experiences that directly improve merchant, consumer, and dasher outcomes. About the Role As a Machine Learning Engineer on the Drive team, you'll own machine learning systems end-to-end—from feature engineering and model development to experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous iteration. Your work will span several high-impact problem areas: Build next-generation machine learning models for delivery ETA, pickup ETA, merchant prep-time estimation, and order release prediction that improve reliability for merchants and consumers. Apply reinforcement learning and optimization techniques to improve logistics decision-making, assignment strategies, and marketplace efficiency. Build AI-native product experiences using large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). About the Team The Tax Technology Automations & Innovation team — known internally as the AI Team — builds the automations, Generative AI, and internal tooling that let DoorDash's global Tax function scale as the business grows across the US, Canada, and — through Wolt and Deliveroo — internationally. We turn manual, repetitive tax work into reliable, governed software, and we bring modern AI into the heart of how a tax function operates — responsibly, and with auditability built in. The team is organised into an AI Strategy function and three regional pillars: EMEA, US & Canada, and Coffee & Special Projects. This role sits in the AI Strategy function and reports to the Tax Technology lead. You will set the technical and AI direction the three regional pillars build around, and partner across Tax, Tax Tech, Data Operations, Accounting, Product, and Engineering, as well as InfoSec, Internal Audit, and Compliance. About the Role DoorDash is looking for a senior-level AI and data expert to lead how the Tax department operates through automation, Generative AI, and intelligent data tooling. Beyond building high-impact automation, you will set the strategy for how LLMs, GenAI, and machine learning are integrated into critical tax workflows at scale, and act as the AI authority for the function. This is the role that makes the entire team AI-native rather than merely AI-assisted. By owning the AI and automation governance framework, you will also ensure that everything the team builds on top of sensitive tax data stays controlled, defensible, and audit-ready. You don't just build — you set the bar, mentor the regional teams, and decide how we adopt a fast-moving technology responsibly. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Define and lead the GenAI strategy for the Tax function, identifying high-value use cases and setting adoption standards. Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. Toast is making it faster and easier for retailers to get started on Toast: the path from a store's existing product data to a correctly configured, actively selling location. We are seeking a highly skilled, AI-native Senior Product Designer to lead that experience: someone with a strong portfolio, a track record of leading design for complex product areas, a focus on exceptional UI design, and the hands-on ability to build working prototypes with AI tools like Replit, Magic Patterns, or Claude. This role involves designing for the unique needs of a diverse retail customer base, including convenience stores, bottle shops, grocery stores, hybrid models, and beyond. You will lead design for Toast Retail's Experience Platform team, working day to day with product and engineering partners in our Dublin office and the U.S., and reporting to Toast Retail's design leadership in the U.S. Together you will turn product strategy into the setup and onboarding experiences that make retailers feel Toast is built for them. Why This Role Matters A retailer's first 90 days on Toast decide whether they stay. Before a store can sell, thousands of items need clean names, categories, brands, pack sizes, taxes, deposits, age restrictions, and images, and most of that data arrives messy, from another system or a spreadsheet. The experiences you design will decide how quickly a new store goes live, how much of that work Toast can do for them, and whether the people setting up the store, often owners juggling a business that is already open, feel in control or buried in it. You will be Toast Retail's design presence in our Dublin office: the on-site design partner for its product and engineering teams, and part of Toast's wider design community. Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. We're looking for a Product Manager for Fraud & Risk who wants to understand how fraud really happens and to build products that stop it at scale. You're comfortable with ambiguity and you like hard trade-offs, like loss vs. friction or automation vs. human review. Your decisions rest on data, customer insight and strong cross-functional partnerships. And last, but not least, you know that a team succeeds because of its people, and you want to help build an environment where we can all do our best work. This is a chance to shape the risk platform behind one of the largest restaurant payments businesses in the US. You'll use machine learning and AI to protect restaurants and help Toast grow. Who We Are The Fraud & Risk team keeps Toast, our restaurants and their guests safe from fraud and financial loss. We also make it fast and easy for restaurants to get onboarded and get paid. The team owns: Merchant onboarding and underwriting (KYC/KYB) Transaction and payout risk monitoring The fraud rules and decisioning platform Settlement reserves Chargebacks and disputes Our job is to balance loss prevention against growth. We operate like a small startup with high ambitions and a focus on speed, experimentation and iteration. Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. Toast is building a unified, enterprise-grade inventory platform that will power inventory for every Toast location, Restaurants and Retail alike. We are seeking a highly skilled, AI-native Product Designer to shape that experience: someone with a strong portfolio, a focus on exceptional UI design, and the hands-on ability to build working prototypes with AI tools like Replit, Magic Patterns, or Claude. This role involves designing for the unique needs of a diverse customer base, including restaurants, hybrid models, convenience stores, bottle shops, grocery stores, and beyond. You will be the product designer for inventory platform capabilities built by our Chennai teams, working day to day with a Chennai-based product manager counterpart and reporting to Toast Retail's design leadership in the U.S. Together you will turn product strategy into experiences customers can trust with their stock, their costs, and their books. Why This Role Matters Inventory is where a store's money sits. When stock counts are wrong, invoices are keyed in by hand, or costs don't reach the accounting system, owners lose margin and hours they don't have. The workflows you design will decide how supplier data, invoices, stock, costs, and revenue move through Toast and into our customers' accounting platforms, and whether the people doing that work, often at the end of a long shift, feel in control or buried in it. You will be Toast Retail's design presence in our Chennai office: the on-site design partner for its product and engineering teams, and part of Toast's wider design community, including product designers in Bangalore. Because this work spans regions and time zones, the role calls for strong autonomous design judgment: keeping local teams unblocked, making well-informed design and scope tradeoffs

Job & Department Summary Showpad’s Revenue Operations team owns the systems, data, and operating processes that allow the go-to-market organization to sell, service, and grow revenue. The team spans five disciplines — GTM Systems, Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy — across North America, EMEA, and India. The GTM Project Manager exists to make that team deliver predictably. Today, Revenue Operations runs a large and highly interdependent portfolio, and the senior specialists who should be solving commercial and technical problems are instead managing their own project logistics: chasing stakeholders, scheduling follow-ups, keeping tickets current, and reporting status. This role takes that work off them and does it better. The role is based in Pune and reports to the Director, GTM Strategy. It supports the entire Revenue Operations team rather than any single function, and it is deliberately positioned as a delivery role, not an administrative one. The person in this seat is expected to hold senior stakeholders to commitments, surface risk before a date slips rather than after, and own a subset of projects end to end. How the role splits Approximately 25% of the role is ownership of the Revenue Operations backlog in Jira: data accuracy, delivery governance, reporting, cadence, and direct management of selected projects. The remaining 75% is embedded delivery support across Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy — driving the cross-functional projects those functions depend on, and unblocking the dependencies between them. Why this role matters Revenue Operations sits upstream of the company’s ability to quote, book, forecast, renew, and report. When a Revenue Operations project slips, a sales team loses visibility, a renewal notification does not send, or an executive forecast is built on incomplete data. This role is the difference between a capable team and a team that reliably lands

MKTQ427R49 We're looking for a content lead who sits at the intersection of brand content storytelling and AI-era discoverability. You will own the creation of high-quality and high-volume brand content, ensuring that content is structured, distributed, and measured to win visibility across AI answer engines. You will produce and edit compelling content and employ optimization strategies to make sure LLMs discover, parse, and cite it. You will identify content gaps by analyzing where the brand is (and isn't) showing up in LLM answers, map those gaps against business objectives, target audiences, and product priorities, and orchestrate a mix of AI agents, technical writers, and internal teams to close them. A core part of this orchestration is overseeing a system of AI agents that create, optimize, and evaluate content — a task that requires real editorial expertise applied to prompt design and agent engineering, not just tool adoption. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the brand context, target prompts, and writing guidelines that guide agents and internal SMEs to create on-brand, accurate, and authoritative content. A major part of the role is editorial judgment: this includes reviewing drafts from agents and adjusting prompts and inputs to improve output quality. The impact you will have: Within 12–24 months in this role, success looks like: The content roadmap is driven by evidence. You've stood up ongoing GEO/AI answer analysis, and every major content bet ties back to a documented gap — where the brand is underrepresented, inaccurate, or absent — requiring gap-analysis skills and fluency with GEO/AI-visibility diagnostics. Business priorities and content output are in lockstep. The roadmap (blogs, video, web pages, thought leadership) is visibly built from business objectives, audience search intent, and product priorities, and stakeholders can trace any piece of content back to a prompt that justified it — requiring sharp prioritization judg
